Jeffrey Sinclair is the Advisor for Niagara Region’s Ten-year Housing and Homelessness Action Plan, which provides a collaborative system approach for addressing housing and homelessness in response to identified local needs.

His presentation explained that the Region's Homelessness Action Plan is to obtain and retain housing for those in need; in addition to increasing the options available for those in Middle and low income households. A principle objective is to eliminate Homelessness in the region through programming that promotes outreach to those in need and focuses on Prevention rather than Crisis Intervention.
