Proud Rotary Member Dave Sebel, had a dream to get back to flying. As a teen and a member of the Air Cadets, Dave got his gliding and VFR licenses. It was a passion that gave him hundreds of hours in the air and pleasure. Now a few decades later, he has requalified and is back in the air. Thank you Dave for sharing your excitment.
