LIFE OF BRIAN

Congratulations to Brian Kon for being awarded The Paul Harris Award. It is a well-deserved honour as Brian contributions to Rotary and his community are boundless. It was a banner day for Brian as The Supreme Court of Canada legally recognized the Métis and non-status Indians as "Indians" protected under the Constitution. The Métis people are now entitled to Constitutional rights to which they had long been denied.
